Why we created Cyloq
Cyloq was born from a deep passion for offensive cybersecurity - and a drive to do it better. Better than yesterday and better than anyone else.
Andreas and Sam had worked together for years. Both had an early fascination with technology, not for the interfaces but the machinery underneath. How systems are built. How they break. Where the limits are, and what happens when you push past them. That curiosity to uncover what’s not meant to be found is still at the heart of everything we do.
With years of experience in both defensive and offensive security, they decided to build something of their own. A company rooted in precision, method and technical excellence. That company became Cyloq.

Andreas Gjelset
Andreas är hjärnan bakom Cyloq och en av dem som faktiskt förstår systemet han attackerar, på maskinnivå. Han och Sam jobbade ihop i många år innan de grundade bolaget, och det är fortfarande den kombinationen som definierar hur Cyloq jobbar: metodiskt, tekniskt djupt och utan genvägar.
Sam Eizad
Innan Sam grundade Cyloq hade han redan ett cv som fick folk att lyfta på ögonbrynen, med bug bounty-träffar hos Google, Microsoft och Apple och år av erfarenhet från bolag som Certezza och Sogeti. Nu leder han det han alltid velat ha: ett litet team som gör det de stora konsultbolagen inte orkar med. Han föreläser, håller utbildningar och hackar, helst allt tre på samma vecka.
Per Idenfeldt Okuyama
Per började i rymden, bokstavligt talat. Efter år inom Security Operations på Swedish Space Corporation landade han hos Cyloq med målet att sluta nöja sig med det förväntade. Matematikbakgrunden gör att han ser mönster där andra ser kaos, vilket är precis lika användbart när man letar efter kritiska sårbarheter som när man lyssnar på vinyl (vilket han gärna gör på fritiden).
Samuel Törnqvist
Samuel simmade i svenska landslaget i nio år, och den där tävlingsinstinkten har han tagit med sig rakt in i offensiv säkerhet. För honom handlar pentestning om samma sak som simning: hitta svagheten, pressa gränsen och vinna. När han inte jagar kritiska sårbarheter hittar du honom nära vatten, fast på surfbrädan eller i dykutrustning istället.
